The cooling fans sieze on these. I took mine off and freed them off until they spun freely. Took hours and used quite a lot of penetrating oil and an electric drill to turn them to free them off. Lubricate them then with engine oil before you reinstall them. When they sieze they tend to blow the fuse in the relay so check that too when you're happy that they're turning freely.
A job worth doing, and once done should last for ages.
