Hi Duke, most likely problem is caused by faulty door switches. When they fail they take out a monitor fuse on the mains board, all microwaves are designed this way. So assuming there is nothing else giving you cause for worry about the unit replace the door switches and monitor fuse and all should be well. Make certain to use only 16amp rated switches and the correct type and value of monitor fuse. Any problems my contact details are on microwave-repairs.co.uk Spares available by post
