Replacing washer in kitchen sink mixer tap?

I have a hansa mixer taps and it leakers at the sink levelow do I get the top off to put a new washer in

where can I buy the filter that fits in the end of the mixer tap Ive tried just about everywhere to no avail so the water is still gushing out of the tap spraying water everywhere!

I have a Blanco tap. In my case, there is a small red and blue cap which I removed to reveal a small grub screw. Undo the grub screw with a small allen key and the tap top will come off. Undo the chrome plastic cover to reveal the large metal brass nut. Turn off water mains for both hot and cold and remove brass nut to reveal tap mechanism cartridge. Replace cartridge and reassemble as above in reverse. The whole operation takes 10 minutes with the right tools.

top control knob should come out, may be screw under red or blue dot or grub screw on side ot jist pull may be unlikely on new taps. than use of spanner remove haxogun fitting anticlockwise and remove, do not forget to turn off water or you will have dissaster.
