People seem to say its either the thermal cut out kits (supplied as pairs from either Partmaster or 4kenwood at about £6 a pair plus postage) or the heating element which is about £40 from the same places. Need to remove the side panels of the dishwasher to access them and unscrew to replace. Just bought the thermal cut outs and am going to try it myself. If it works it will save me a fortune on the call out!

from others i've read, its possibly the temp sensor, not a definite tho, i have same problem and been looking for the sensors to replace myself but cant seem to find them! not really wanting the expensive call-out charge yet...
