Here's an excellent compatibility list from Invensys that gives pin-out lists...

It shows both 102 & 103 having Neutral and Live on connectors 5 & 6 respectively but there the similarity ends

102 1 = H/W 0n - 2 = C/H On

103 1 = On - 2 = Spare - 3 = Common

They describe the 102 as a Programmer and the 103 as a Timeswitch.
