1. You can install a free antivirus software. Maybe both AVG and Avast are good.

2. You can remove the virus by yourself. What you need is some basic computer knowledge and make good use of google search. :0) Then, you can remove the virus manually. Here is a very good article on how to remove computer virus manually and automatically.

hi, go to avast.com and download the free home edtion. you will never need any other. but you can download spywareblaster free and run the to at the same time. the big shops charge £50 and i am giving it to you for nothing. let me know how it works for you. bigbuffer

AVG from Grissoft Software is an excellent free anti-virus.
Just do a search for AVG free edition.
