replace pull cord on harrison drape track?

Hi,

I work for Age concern and recently found out for a client about fixing the cord on a Harrison drape track. I contacted fitting services who were most helpful.This might help:

We tried hard to set up a database of fitters, but it didn’t work out for us.

What I guess has happened is either the overlap master carrier has broken in which case it is a new track or the cording has come loose which should be easily fixed by a handyman.
