Hansol 730E Monitor and Microsoft Windows XP?

Everything showing on my monitor has shunk inwards. I have wide black lines down each side and thinner grey lines outlining my normal screen. I have tried altering my resolution to 800 x 600 as my IT specialist at work suggested and this did not work. I have just performed a System Restore and that has not worked either. Any help would be most appreciated.

Change C27,C26 infact change all the bipolar caps next to C27&C26

Don't increase the screen resolution to 800x600. I had the same thing happen on my computer just yesterday! There should be a control that allows you to adjust your screen resolution to one higher than that. Select that one and your computer will be back to normal as mine is now! You might have already fixed it, seeing as it was a year ago that it happened, but jus in case....
