what parts gone??? morphy richards 42279 steam generator?

no steam. pressing button iron warm so heater working poss solenoid to let water into tank???? when pressing steam button base unit clicking but no steam whats so ever any advice . thanks in advance

not producing any steam have taken cartridge out still same - standby light is flashing

The anti scale cartridge may be new or just dried out making it difficult for the water to pass through easily.
Try removing the cartridge and filling it directly from the tap then re-fit the well soaked cartridge. Switch on the unit, wait till it heats up, then press and hold the steam button for about 1/2 a minute.

thermal cut out under steam heat chamber live one and neutral one bi metalic. found it myself inase anyone else has it
