savin 9920 dp toner problem?

my savin 9920dp keeps saying add toner or toner almost empty. the toner bottle remains full so it obviously isn't getting into the machine. i replaced the toner hopper unit assembly and have gotten genuine savin parts but it still hasn't fixed the problem. i cannot get any copier people locally to help. they say they don't work on savin. even the ricoh people won't help. any ideas

Nancy, the prob is the drum unit, which they likely want you to replace. they sell for around 250. I'm sure there is some way to reset the counter for the drum, but i havent figured it out yet.
