Zanussi WJS1265W?

there is a steam condensor down righthand side as you look from the front.these get blocked with fluff and cause the fault you are having.you will need to remove the lid and the rear half of the cabinet to see the steam condensor and it will need removing from the machine so as you can wash it out using a hose pipe

probably not draining fast enough. Try cleaning the filter trap
