Iron leaks from bottom when on heel & steam output is minimal even when on highest setting. Where do I take/send for repair? It is under warranty = purchased at Cosco in April,2008b
Costco sold you the iron and the warranty that goes with it - the sale of goods act does not require you to keep your receipt - Costco's systems will (should) be able to confirm your purchase. Take it to the customer service desk where you bought it - they may well give you a new one :)
