how do i fix my cash register printer?

These registers are too basic to have any text programming, so you need to remove the stamp from the top of the printer and have one cut to replace it with your store details on it.

The time and date usually print on the receipt. If not, then you might need to change a print option. Double check that neither are printing and let me know.

This machine has no head so the paper cannot be jammed in the head. it has a drum instead. I would say you have a jam in the paper guide. that is the most common problem with these printers. Try feeding some cardboard through the printer to push the paper out. otherwise, a strip of plastic ice cream container fed through will often work.
