establishing a wireless connection on a amilio F/S laptop?

i was recently running a wireless connection with another F/S ESPRIMO laptop with no probs that has now coput so have the as mentioned one i was able to get on line with a wired connection after many hours and evently having to phone my provider virgin was told they had to reboot at therir end and hey presto it worked when connected with ethernet cable th wireless connection from the belkin g+ router is not recognised on the laptop was told by virgin provider that possibly the drivers or something on the belkin needed reconfiguring so phoned belkin who in my opINION WAS NO HELP at all they tOLD ME TO TAKE MY BELKIN ROUTER TO A SHOP AND GET IT LOOKED AT WHAT WHEN IT IS THEIR PROPERTY AND IS ONLY 5 MONTHS OLD HAS ANY 1 GOT ANY IDEAS OF HOW I CAN SORT THIS OUT IS IT A PROBLEM WITH MY COMPUTER OR THE ROuter it is xp im runing now previously i did have a wireless connection running vista and 1 other prob as you can seefrom my this question my computer seems to decide when it wants to be either lower case or capitals is it me or the keyboard is nacked aLL HELP GREARLY APPRECIATED AS IM NOT REALLY THAT HOT ON COMPUTERS I TRY THOUGH ABOUT THE QUESTIN ABOUT THE WIRELESS CONNECTION ON THE AMILO RUNNING XP DID READ SOME WHERE THAT MAYBE THE DRIVERS NEEDED UPDATING BUT CANT FIND OUT WHERE TO GET THE HELP FOR THIS IF THAT IS THE PROBLEM GREAT THANKS
