westwood t1800?

just bought a westwood t1800 but i cant get it to start..it turns over ok but just dont fire up.ive checked spark plugs but they are dry...any ideas

try a bit of easy start remove the air filter spray directly into the manifold and start check your air filter is clean if not could be your problem
