Hinari steam generator iron?

My Hinari steam generator iron does not want to go on and I have only used it for 2 days. I followed the books rules and not sure what to do to get it on. Also where can I buy the HIN001 Part no. 91224 anti calc cartridge and what is the cost

i have put new cartride in and i still cant get it to work any one got any other ideas whatit could be thanks

My problem is the steam is not very powerful and then blows the fuse box, is this the cartridge

you need to buy it straight from hinari, but they will only accept a cheque or postal order £5.86 each, their address is customer service dept, pulse home products ltd, middleton road, royton, oldham ol2 5ln, only know as i have the same problem. bit unusual that they wont take maestro
or credit card. delivery of part is 5 working days from receipt of payment. hope that this helps

If you are having steam problems then the cartridge needs changing.

I phoned them (0161 652 1211) and they do sell the cartridge for £5.99 including delivery but are out of stock for a couple of weeks. You have to send them a cheque or postal orders. Good luck.

Send Cheque for £5.99 for each cartridge with note of model etc.

I am having problems getting a new cartridge also. I emailed Hinari and they said to try calling this number as they may help. 0161 652 1211. Not tried yet but will do in the next few days.I shall let you know how I get on. Or if you ring them, can you let me know. Thanks
