brake's are sticking on because some tool has been tightening the handbrake cable.this result's in shoe lever mechanisim siezing on.This make's removing the drum's an absolute pain,even for a pro.Best advice is to get a pro to do it.even if you'r very competent you will wish you never started it.Official time alloted is 30-40 min's per side,last one took me 2 1/2 hour's for one side.NOT FUN!
