How can I remove Lovsan.A Worm from my computer?

There are great instructions on this site. http://www.sophos.com/support/disinfection/blastera.html

1) download the file on this page called BlastGUI. Unzip the files.
2) Restart your PC in Safe Mode. (Just as Windows starts hit F8 and select Safe Mode.)
3) Once started in Safe Mode run BlastGUI.com

This got rid of the worm. Can someone get rid of the worm that wrote the worm?
