wtf my brand new computer keeps crashing HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i have a brand new gaming pc with 2 dual core 2.11 gtz cpus a 420 watt psu and an nvidia geforce gs 8400 512mb gpu and a asus m2n-e sli mobo and 2 sticks of 512 mb ddr2 pci6400 800mhtz ram

please help it crashes like twice a day and iv ran all the registry checkers an i have all the updates for my drivers pleas help.when i play games it freezes and the colors get all weird and out of place

PLEAZ HELP NO ELSE WILL THEY JUST GET THE F$#% OUT NOOB WHEN I ASK ANYONE. HELP!!!!!!
