REXEL 250 makes clunking sound when shredding?

REXEL 250 makes clinking grating noise when shredding. I have put oil sheets through but to no avail.

i took mine apart and found that 1 of the cogs on the side had worn it was making a hell of a racket...
cannot seem to find any spares as yet.
