Does anyone know how to contact the Scunci manufacturer?

My Scunci steamer (model SS-1000) quit working after only about 6 uses. I called the 866-917-660 tel. number shown on their instruction manual, only to find that it is a non-working number! Then, I went to their website and they have absolutely no "contact us" information. What a rip off.

I contacted the above email and they gave me the following:
"Please contact our N.J. office at 1-800-366-5391 ext.600 M-F 8:30-3:30 Eastern Time. They handle our Scunci products directly". HOWEVER, when I called that number the representative stated that the department I was looking for is no longer in business. Then she told me to contact customercare@scunci.com! GO FIGURE!
