vokera mynute 28se pressure keeps dropping?

got vokera 28se boiler and the pressure keeps dropping ,keep on topping up system .but shouldn't have too ,from what i've read in the manual 1.0 bar is the norm, when system cold .got a danfoss cp 175 programmer and cannot have ch and hw on at same time otherwise unit starts making ticking noise and lights blink . i have tried recommisioning the bubble ,but doesn't solve the problem ! finally the storage tank is 160 lts but some how on occasions the hot water has run dry !!!(help)

Your problem is almost certainly the pressure relief tank inside your boiler that has a ruptured diaphragm. I had similar problems and have now had the tank replaced. To check, stand on a chair and look at the back of the boiler just below the exhaust vent. You will see an orange tank with a valve at the top similar to one on a car tyre. remove the cap and press the valve. If water appears, then the diapragm is ruptured and the expansion vessel needs replacing. AKG boiler spares sell them for around £50 (2008). I hope that this helps!
