You can try using paint thiner with a toothbrush and brush off the whole board (every little corner) and let it dry with a little heat) wait 3 days and it should turn on. Thats how I fixed mine. It works, but it turns off by itself every now and then.

this could b fatal 2 the phone but try this anyway remove the cover and battery place behind a warm radiator for a few days just 2 dry out the moisture if it still does not work the main board inside has gone with the wet hope it drys out for u.

Unfortunately no, it is beyond economical repair. Water fries the circuits immediately.
