hi ..if your disc wont eject.. take a needle and push it gently into the little hole in the front of your cd tray. this will manually open the draw and let you get the cd out. push the door shut and then turn off the computer.. reboot and when back to main screen try to open door. if nothing happens at all the power link may be severed between the cd unit and the pc.. this will entail you checking inside. do not do this unless you know what you are doing and definitely turn off the power before attempting any internal investigation ok

Just below where the drive comes out you will see a small pinprick size hole unfold a paper clip (must be straightish) and poke it in the hole until the drive ejects itself. it wont damage your equipment it was put there as a manual overide any problems just e-mail support@ellistechnical.co.uk
