how do i replace a front spring on my mondeo suspension?

not trying to be smart, but its a simple job if you know your way around a car but too detailed for this site. beg , borrow or go to your local library for a workshop manual. bad news is you will need something called a spring compressor, good news is you and a mate can acheive this ver simply and with confidence in around an hour! good luck
