i have a prob with the permantly live circuit ,1993 astra estate 1.6i gls?

ihave a prob with the permently live side of the ,eg the hazzards come on but do not flash-the radio dose not work and the curtisy lights do not come on every thing on the switched side works fine. i have changed all the relays but no joy .help thanks. vauxhall astra estate 1.6i gls L reg
