Gainsborough 10.5k Delux leaking water-Not pressure valve?

Bought used and connected today to discover water leaking from (I think) the black plastic housing and lower white housing above output pipe. I have removed the black housing and from this the white too, (but the white not fully removed) and all looks okay. Can the 'boiler' rupture?
