Glow Worm Micron 50FF has no lights on???

My boiler has been playing up, re-igniting but the heating and HW was working. The reset button stays on whilst the burner flashes then the boiler will re-ignite even though the pilot light was ok. An engineer said it is PCB but another thing I noticed was when I was cooking today the gas on the hob was going high and low when the re-igniting was happening. My son turned the bathroom light on which tripped the fuse and since then no lights on the boiler at all???? I have tried reset button to off etc and no joy, no lights at all. HELP?!!
