vauxhall astra 1997 1.7 td will not start?

above veh with vauxhall low blow engine will not start. checked fuel at injectors nothing there but there is a constant flow at leak off pipe. injector pump is a bosch and has a accelarator cable and 3 wires for immobiliser, any body had this fault and how did they fix it.
