Tecnik Dishwasher detergent tray problem?

Hi there, I'm having issues with my Tecnik DW 267712 dishwasher. I'll fill the dishwasher as normal and input the detergent tablet in the tray and close it and start the program. However, once the program has completed I find my detergent tablet lying partially dissolved in the cutlery tray ant the bottom of the machine, as if the tray is springing open too soon and causing the tablet just to fall out?
Can anyone offer any tips or advice? I've tried to contact Tecnik but the website is basic to say the least and the contact numbers seem out of date.
