Dimplex wall mouted unit not working?

Hi Chris, there is a thermal cut-out fitted to these heaters. If you look up in to the grill of the unit On most of these units I have come across there is a manual reset which needs a gentle prod with a none metallic object. It is located in the centre on the block which is situated in the middle of this grill about 40mm back REMEMBERING to switch off the power otherwise there are no user fixable things inside
