why is my glow worm betacom 30c boiler pressure so high , it was in the red max area i have turned it off and switched it on again as soon as i put the heatin on which hot water the pressure flyin uo again ?
you need to let some water out of the system by bleeding off one of the radiator valves into a jug it should be running at 1.5 bar keep draining the water out untill the pressure gauge on the front of the boiler reads 1.5

oh, and the system may have been over pressurised to begin with. the system is sealed, when the water is heated and the pressure increases as it should
