cooling problem
ie it over heats . i have cheked the fuses they are fine
i have wired the fan direct to the battery thats spins and works fine i have replaced the thermastat thats fine but the fan still wont cut in ????
sounds like coolant flow problem suspect water pump ,impeller can corrode away(cambelt driven)or blockage in system.

ok you checked the fuses but there is a thermo switch which operates the fan on these follow wiring from fan to this eather on engine block or radiator

what about fan thermal switch or relays have these been checked? is cooling system pressurising causing coolant loss and therefore not letting thermal switch work! [check in expansion tank for loads of air bubbles when engine running if there is may be a head or gasket fault]TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING COOLANT CAP
