Go to the following site: http://hackaday.com/2010/07/13/key-fob-programming/ and just follow exactly what the video instructs. The video shows how to reprogram two fobs for one vehicle. Just do the same as the chap does but with one fob.

Take it to a main dealer along with your log book, keys and some form of ID, it costs around £30.
Most times they need the fob and key for up to 48hrs depending how busy they are - I've not found one yet which does it while you wait!

There is no way to reprog. yourself.
