I have had the same problem with mine. I have had an engineer around and I have had to have the pump replaced. It cost me ÂŁ55 fitted

hi wendy,your filters at the front of the m/c bottom right behind plastic plinth,as for the lights flashing you need to confirm which order they flash in to work out the fault with your m/c
