I am trying to remove a barrel lock in my upvc door. I have drilled the lock just under where the key goes in but the little pins didn't fall out and I can't budge the lock do I need to drill both sides or am I missing something else (I have removed the screw that holds the lock in) Many thanks

hi if you have removed the screw which holds the lock then your door is open if you have the key put in lock and turn part way round and try to pull out lock.
if no key the drilling part is tricky call a fitter.
