engine manager lightkeeps coming on.zafira 1.8 2002?

exhaust emission light came on had new tampa sensor and oxygen sensa fitted but light came back on after a week. when u start the car from cold engine ticks over then dies until you rev it then sends revs round the clock , kangaroos down road for 200 yds then works fine?
