Tricity Bendix DH200 dishwasher not heating?

My DH200 goes through the full cycle but does not heat the water or dry the dishes.
Could the heating element be gone ?

If so, are they easy to replace ?

Any advice on how to replace the element on the dh200? having a look inside my machine there is no obvious element proud of the surface. will some of the interior need removing to get at the element?

yes it could be the heater and could be changed by you with some basic tools.testing the element with a multimeter would be a good idea to confirm it has blown before paying out for a new one
