central locking won't operate?

Central locking won't operate, definately power coming through fuse, where does it go fron here, appear to be no power at solenoids in doors, 300tdi L reg

remove dash and you will see the connector box is rotten, cut earth wire and join somewhere that is less rotten and they will work
