Is there a fuel cut-off switch in the above Ford Transit Van, manual indicates it should be located in the lefthand corner below dash (near lefthand door) but I don't see one there - can it be located somewhere else.
My ford transit mk6 was running fine then I stop went back to start it and it hasn't start at all just keeps tunning over I have diesel at the injecter still not starting

do all transit vans have a fuel cut out swtich because i.v looked every were definatley no fuel getting to pump heads wrecked with it don.t want to replace the pump but if thats the only way i.l have to is there any way of bypassing this problem thankyou

Hi Ray, assuming RHD the fuel inertia cut off switch is behind the side trim in the passenger foot well normally there is a round hole with a blanking cover, remove the cover and press the red button down to reset the switch
