How can I fix my Dishlex Global 450 when it displays 'nd' It is 10y old?

If the problem is intermittent try using a dishwasher cleaner - sometimes this can wash away built up soap scum in the drain pipes

As you probably realise, the nd means not draining.
This could be due to the outlet being blocked somehow, or the drain pump not operating.
Check the outlet hose for kinks etc.
Is the drain pump filter cleaned out.
Does the the drain pump come on when expected.
Does the outlet hose go into a free flowing sink or a suds saver inlet hole in the sink.
Are there any blockages down this end of town?
