A carrot works best, push hard into the broken part and twist. make sure electric is turned off at mains 1st

or even do as before, but use a towl and press into the bulb center with your thmb ( cover tumb with a layer of the towl)
and twist the bayonet end as if you normaly would to remove it

find fuse box and swicth off lighting circuit or if in doubt turn off the lot.get a pair of insulated pilliars and undo bulb!! good luck
