Just dis-connect the battery for 5min or so it resets then it should work.

I've just searched a forum and found a suggestion that worked for some people. Simply disconnect the car battery for 5 mins and reconnect again. The CD player should now work!
Remember to have your security code before you do this.

I have a Ford Focus and have the same error message on the cd player. However, if I press the eject button several times, the cd finally comes out.
Have you managed to resolve this yet or find out the error code meaning? Thanks.
