Baxi Bahama 100 combi boiler?
Hot water runs for 5 seconds then just goes cold. What could be the cause of this?

sounds like the plate heat exchanger is cloged
it can be cleaned but often for best result change the plate heat exchanger
you might need a gas engineer to do it
