Ultima 65 Laminator. I put 27" film and now can't get it out?

Hi I repair these machines in the pittsburgh pa area. Your problem is common and easily fixed.:)

Begin by trying to slide the film in the machine that on the rod (manderll) as far left as possible. Tighten the right hand side knobs screws tightly.

then grab the film and push everything to the right which should free the right hand side of the mandrell, so the film can be removed.

once you remove the old film be sure to put the right hand side knob screws in the indentations in the bar, tighten the screws then put on new film.
