car wont start and clicking sound from fuse box, any ideas?

whilst driving my corsa c 2001 1.4 sri the battery light came on a few days later whilst driving the airbag light came on followed by eps light which lead to power steering failing then engine stopped. Bump started the car and got it home, when i tried to start it again it just makes clicking sound also there is a seperate clicking sound coming from the fuse box even when the ignition key is set in the of possition. Any ideas on what the problem is would help alot. Oh, and my battery is brand new and fully charged.
