How do I reset my Beko WM 6355 W washing machine?

Washing was still wet after cycle, found pump was blocked with a 20p, have removed and pump now spins but now drum wont rotate on any programme. The handbook says that the automatic spin correction system might have been activated but it doesnt say how to reset it. Does anyone know how to do a factory reset?

press and hold the start button in for 5 seconds and then let the machine reset until the door lock releases
