How can I get an owners manual for Craftsman lawn tractor Model #917.270660?

Where can I download a manual for my lawn tractor Model #917.270660. I need to find electrical diagram because it will not start. Have ordered new ignition switch but am not sure that is the problem.

Correction, Linda. Type in the MODEL number, not the serial number.

Linda,
Go to www3.sears.com, type in the serial number of your tractor, and click GO. When the next window pops up, click CONTINUE, THEN type the word "manual" in the next window where it is asking for a part name. It will take you straight to an order window for your manual. It should cost between $5 and $10.

It dosen't do anything - no click, no spark and now it won't even move forward when you go to push it. Seems like back wheels are locked up.

About the only place to get a manual is from Sear Parts Stores.
