Mend Citroen Berlingo Van Rear Torsion

citroen berlingo 04 1.9d van. rear torsion bar (axle) Replace?

My berlingo van has a broken rear suspension torsion bar. Is it best to get a garage to replace this? Any ideas where I'll get a reconditioned one in scotland or anywhere
