how do you replace the pull cord ?

I have a TroyBilt Trimmer/Brush Cutter Model TB90BC, I need to replace the Pull Cord . I can't get the Clutch Assembly off the shaft to get to the Recoil Pulley to install a new cord ! Can you Help ?
